Transfer students may receive credit for courses that are equivalent to UNITECH courses. To apply for transfer credit, students must send an official copy of their transcript to the Business Office for review and complete the corresponding paperwork for each transfer course. A transfer student’s transcript(s) becomes part of the official student permanent record. UNITECH will determine how many credits, if any, will apply toward a degree. Credit may be granted only for courses in which grades of “C” or better have been earned. Students must complete a minimum of 50% of the coursework at UNITECH in order to qualify for a degree or diploma.
This Transferring Credit Policy also applies to students transferring from UNIR Venezuela to UNITECH.
